Shipping:

We ship within the United States only.  No P.O. Box or International Addresses for shipping.

We offer 2 shipping methods for your convenience:

1.  UPS Flat Rate Ground Shipping: $5.95 for the 1st item and $1.95 for each additional item.

    (This is available for the lower 48 U.S. States only.  Not Alaska or Hawaii.)

2.  U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate Shipping:  $10.95 each item (Including Alaska and Hawaii).

Orders received are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.  On rare occassions, some orders may take longer if your order is picked up by our security department or your item is temporarily out of stock.  If this is the case, we will contact you on any item that you ordered that is "temporarily out of stock".  You can then choose either to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees).We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in it's original packages. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
